Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day!  I'm a little overdue for a mom update so here it is.  Yep, that's my mom - at HOME!!! She has been home for about a week now.  She is still in a wheelchair but has mastered moving in and out of the chair to the couch, bed, and toilet.  She still has a tube in her leg which is draining fluid. She also still has an external metal rod which wraps around the front of her pelvis. But she is HOME. Which means full nights of sleep, home cooked meals, and relaxing outdoors by her beloved fish pond. Needless to say her spirits are much improved!

We miss you mom! I can't wait for her to meet baby Elliott and to see Nory again. Happy happy mother's day to all you moms out there!
