We are so delighted to announce our new arrival! Elliott joined our family last night at 3:48am after an extremely intense and painful but otherwise uncomplicated 1 hour and 45 minutes of labor. He is perfect as can be! 7lb 7oz, 21 inches. I am doing surprisingly well, I didn't tear at all, which helps, and we both slept most of the day.
Nory took one look at her new brother, pointed and said "baby!" and then ran away to play on her bike. She couldn't have been less interested.
Dan has taken several bajillion photos and will be posting them on our picasa site, here. Check often for updates.

Am thrilled for you! He's gorgeous and you all look totally settled in already at home. It really lifted Sue's spirits when she heard about his birth-some great news in the midst of her long days.
