Jump Jump Jump

My parents came to visit over Elliott's birthday this year. The timing could not have been better - as you may have noticed it has been a really hard-busy month for us and Dan had been working like crazy towards a deadline that was this past Thursday (yessssssss it's over! I have a husband again!). Anyway, Dan was gone at a conference for a few days and my parents' visit happened to overlap. I was so glad for their company that they are lucky I let them escape ;).  I can't believe they squeezed in a visit between packing up their old home (where they lived for 25 years), buying a new one, and moving. But I am SO GLAD that they did! I am looking forward to seeing more of them after they settle into their new home in Oregon.

We did a lot of celebrating of our Little Guy's first trip around the sun, but while nana and papa were here we also celebrated Nory's birthday a little early. And they gave her this awesome trampoline! She loves it. She jumps and sings. Jumps and dances. Jumps and counts. Jumps and spells (shouts random letters). Jumps jumps jumps jumps jumps. "I want to do more jumping!!!"
