Car Show

Well it turns out that Redmond Town Center, about 6 minutes from our house, has a car show. EVERY SATURDAY. It is the kind of car show where people who own expensive cars all drive them to Redmond Town Center, they block off the streets, and other people come to look at them. Or perhaps the expensive car owners look at each others cars. Or trade cars? I'm not sure. I actually cannot fathom why they would need or want to meet every single weekend (well, if it is raining they cancel, wouldn't want to get the fancy cars wet!).

Mostly it was a fun time for Dan to take pictures of cars and teach Nory about them. Important life lessons being learned here!

Sometimes Nory helped with the pictures...

Tummy time! We are hoping she grows out of this before high school.

I have a feeling that many Klein Saturday mornings in the future may be spent here. Because... guess what else is at the Redmond Town Center on Saturday mornings? FARMERS MARKET! So the kids and I, and our friend Tarah, snuck over to buy some bigger-than-a-baby lettuce and lots of berries while Dan and Paul looked at... you guessed it, more CARS.

There was a Bugatti Veyron and a Ferrari Enzo there, which I would not have noticed in my pre-Dan days, although they were very shiny. But it was pretty neat to see cars worth over 1.5 million bucks, even for me.
