What to do when the sun is shining and we can't go anywhere because we are babysitting Camilla*? Pool day, of course! I cleaned out our old kiddie pool (which we bought while living in Kirkland in order for Finny-dog to play in).
Finny says, Hey, I thought that was my pool!
Camilla never got into pool day. She hung out with me in the shade. But Nory had a blast.
Hey Nory, go sit by Camilla so I can take your picture!
*Camilla's parents were attending a funeral at the church in our front yard for Bill, an 80 year old man who climbed up on the roof of the church in order to change a light bulb, and then fell off the roof and into the preschool playground. Sad in so many ways. Not the least of which was having someone die in my front yard playground.
