Sunset in Santa Barbara isn't normally very interesting. The problem is that we rarely have enough clouds for the sun to make more than a small blip on the otherwise blue horizon. However, today we went to the beach with Jason and Abby (fellow photographer enthusiasts) at sunset and were greeted by some lovely clouds (smoke? fog?) which gave us this incredible sunset. Not bad!

Sunset
UPDATE: Beautiful sunset compliments of the Moorpark Fire, which apparently erupted "from spontaneous combustion of manure at a local ranch, according to a statement from the county Sheriff's Department."
