So imagine her delight when we saw an empty bus on Queen Anne yesterday which was waiting around like buses do sometimes, presumably due to their schedule. And the kind bus driver invited her in to look around!
By the way, Queen Anne is a terrific place to watch buses. You are guaranteed a sighting at least once every 5 minutes and usually we saw one every minute or two. No wonder Nory thought we were conjuring them.

Sounds like X...she loves trains (we live one block from the DART rail that goes throughout DFW)...anytime she sees one, she'll holler: "TREN!" and when it's gone, "Mas tren, mama!! Mas tren!"

I remember the first bus ride down here in San Diego. She got scared when a man across the aisle smiled at her. She has come a long ways!!
