The House (in Pictures)

The night we closed... WAY past bedtime. Self portrait on living room floor.

First dinner at the new house.

Our helpers arrived!  Yes that is Dan and Jen.  I know, they show up to help every time we move.  Amazing for people so nomadic.

Nory on moving day.  Coloring.

Nory with her new doll house (it was Auntie Jen's as a child).

Some of our helpers, between loads.

Hola Nory!  Hola Rogelio!

Here Nory is with Alicia.

The pantry, fully unpacked by Alicia!

Alison unloading the china.  By the end of the day the kitchen was pretty much functional!

Jen with napkins.

The view out the kitchen window on our first sunny day.

One of our fence builders.  After having to help us build a fence for the second time, Dan and Jen are becoming professionals!

The new fence, minus a gate.

New fence on the other side.  Not done, but dog proof.  Not bad for a weekend!

The reasons for needing a dog proof fence.  That's Finny and his cousin Omar, who is living with us for two months right now.

We have yet to unpack anything in the study.  Yikes.  I have a lot of books.

Nory riding her new bike for the first time!  It was her Daddy's bike as a toddler too!

Sunrise out the kitchen window.

Have I mentioned she loves to color?

How exciting and it's amazing that Nory could sit and color all day like that! Thanks for posting all the great shots, and hey, we helped you move in SB although about half your stuff stayed in the garage :-)
