Teething and Eating

At 3 months, I thought teething was a baby with a little bit of fussiness and a lot of drooling...

At 7 months, teething is a baby waking up every hour or two screaming for 45 minutes inconsolably, followed by a new tooth!

I really preferred the 3 month version.

Nevertheless, she seems none the worse for wear and is mastering several new skills as she approaches 7 months. No crawling yet (thank God), but she can sit pretty much forever, she can wave (so cute!), she makes lots of baabaapaalapaabaa talking noises, and she eats.

Oh, wait, now that I think about it... she doesn't eat. But she will sit in her high chair and play with her spoon! In fact, here is a list of foods she doesn't eat:
avocado, squash, sweet potato, banana, apple, carrot, oatmeal.

Here is the list of foods she does eat:
Ice, breastmilk.

We're working on it!

shouldn't newspaper be on the "does eat" list?
